Guests will have access to the entire home with secured parking.

This property offers multiple direct access balconies from the living room, dining room and bedrooms. It boasts incredible views of the Gulf Of Paria, and Port of Spain where you can enjoy the most glorious sunset skies blanketed by a serene breeze. It was built for total privacy without compromising its visual vantage point.

There is a kitchen complete with appliances including 2 refrigerators, stove, and microwave, and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

All bedrooms are exceptionally spacious with three master bedrooms offering their own ensuite bathrooms, while the three ancillary bedrooms share one bathroom totaling 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. There is also a powder room accessible from the main living area.
